TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT TERMS:

                Payment terms are Net 30 days.   We also accept Visa and Master Card.

PRICES:

                Prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown are
                net prices  and do not include applicable GST or PST.

FREIGHT:

                 Freight is prepaid within Canada, on orders over $500.00 regardless of weight or size,
                 via the most economical way.  Airfreight or other special handling will be shipped freight 
                 collect.

PARTS SUPPLY WARRANTY

                All Parts sold by NATSCO (North American Transit Supply Corp.) will be warranted to
                be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two hundred forty
               (240) days from date of invoice.  NATSCO is not responsible for any consequential
               damage or labor costs associated with defective parts.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY:

                Returning goods for any reason, prior authorization must be obtained from our office. 
                An authorization number will be provided by fax.  Returned goods are to be returned 
                freight prepaid except for goods shipped in error by NATSCO.
